How we use it
To process bookings, issue tickets, arrange visas and transfers, respond to enquiries, and (with your consent) send occasional travel offers. We share information with airlines, hotels, transfer operators and visa authorities only as required to fulfil your booking.
How we protect it
Data is stored on secure encrypted infrastructure with access limited to authorised D 2 N staff. We retain booking records for five years to comply with South African tax law, then delete.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing flybeyondtravels1@outlook.com. You can object to direct marketing at any time.
