These terms apply specifically to airline tickets booked through D 2 N Travel & Tours. They are in addition to our general Terms & Conditions.
Fare rules
All fares are subject to airline fare rules, which form part of the contract between you and the operating airline. Most promotional fares are non-refundable and non-changeable, or carry high change fees. Fare rules will be summarised in writing before you confirm payment.
Ticket changes
Changes to ticketed bookings incur an airline change fee plus a D 2 N service fee of ZAR 350 per ticket. Name changes are not permitted by most airlines and may require full re-booking.
Refunds
Refundable tickets are processed by the airline and typically take 6–12 weeks. A D 2 N processing fee of ZAR 350 per ticket applies. Non-refundable tickets may still be eligible for refund of government taxes — we will request this on your behalf.
Check-in & travel documents
Online check-in opens 24–48 hours before departure depending on the airline. Travellers are responsible for arriving at the airport with sufficient time, valid passports and the correct visas. Denied boarding due to incorrect documentation is not the responsibility of D 2 N Travel & Tours.
Schedule changes
Airlines may change schedules, equipment or route. We will notify you of significant changes as soon as we are informed. Re-protection on alternative flights is at the discretion of the airline.
Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for every flight booking. We can arrange cover at the time of booking.
