Eligibility
Competitions are open to South African residents aged 18 or over, except employees of D 2 N Travel & Tours, its suppliers, agencies and their immediate families. Entries from outside South Africa are accepted only where the competition expressly permits.
Entries
One entry per person per competition unless otherwise stated. Incomplete, illegible, or late entries will be disqualified. No purchase is necessary to enter unless specifically stated in the individual competition rules.
Prizes
Prizes are as described, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Travel prizes are subject to availability, blackout dates and supplier conditions. Winners are responsible for valid passports, visas, vaccinations and any tax implications of the prize.
Winner selection
Winners are drawn at random unless judged by a panel as stated. Winners will be notified by email or phone within 7 days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, the prize may be forfeited and re-drawn.
Publicity
By entering, winners consent to their name, photograph and a brief statement being used by D 2 N Travel & Tours for marketing purposes without further compensation.
Liability
D 2 N Travel & Tours accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury or expense arising from participation in a competition or enjoyment of a prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
