Terms & Conditions

These terms govern all bookings made through D 2 N Travel & Tours ("we", "us"). By making a booking with us you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and every traveller on the booking.

1. Bookings & quotations

Quotations are valid for 48 hours unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to availability and exchange-rate fluctuations until full payment is received and the booking is confirmed in writing.

2. Payment

A non-refundable deposit (typically 20–50%) is required to confirm a booking. Final balance is due 60 days before departure for most international travel and 90 days before departure for cruises and peak-season safaris. Late payments may result in cancellation.

3. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation fees are determined by the supplier (airline, hotel, cruise line). Once a booking is ticketed or confirmed, deposits are generally non-refundable. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

4. Travel documents

Travellers are responsible for valid passports (6+ months validity), visas, vaccination certificates and any health requirements. We assist with visa applications but cannot guarantee approval by the relevant authority.

5. Liability

D 2 N Travel & Tours acts as agent for airlines, hotels, transfer operators and tour suppliers. We accept no liability for loss, injury, delay, damage or expense caused by acts or omissions of those suppliers, force majeure events, or any cause beyond our reasonable control.

6. Complaints

Any complaint must be reported to us in writing within 30 days of return. Email flybeyondtravels1@outlook.com.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Western Cape High Court.
